Consultation is now open on the next iteration of the Tasmanian Government's Small Business Growth Strategy.
Work is underway to shape the Small Business Growth Strategy 2027-2037 to set the priorities and action areas for government and industry over the next decade.
Minister for Small Business, Trade and Consumer Affairs, Guy Barnett, said we are seeking feedback from small businesses to help guide future opportunities for the sector.
"Small businesses play a vital role in our communities and our economy," Minister Barnett said.
"Our Government is a strong supporter of small business and is committed to creating the right environment for businesses to start, grow and succeed.
"We want to hear what matters to small businesses in 2026 and understand the challenges and opportunities that have emerged over the past few years whether you are a small business owner, employee or someone with an interest in the sector.
"This insight will ensure the updated strategy is developed on the opportunities and challenges facing small businesses today."
Feedback can be provided by completing the consultation survey, or by submitting a written response online, by email or by post.
