Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Hayden Dow.
The 20-year-old is wanted on warrant for a theft matter.
Dow is described as being 170cms tall with a thin build, brown eyes and black hair.
He is known to frequent the Melton, Ballarat and Glenroy areas.
Investigators have released an image of Dow in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
