Police are at the scene of a fatal crash in Heathcote where two people have died.
Emergency services were called to Northern Highway about 6pm following reports a car had struck a tree.
The yet to be formally identified female driver and male passenger died at the scene.
The exact cause of the crash is being investigated and yet to be determined at this stage.
