Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Thomas McCully.
The 74-year-old was last seen leaving an address in Vine Street, Moonee Ponds, in a silver Holden Cruze about the 1pm this afternoon. (6 January)
The vehicle has registration ZEH655.
Thomas is described as Caucasian, about 183cm tall, of slim build and was last seen wearing blue jeans and a blue jacket.
Police have concerns for Thomas' welfare as he has Alzheimer's disease and a recent head injury.
He may be confused and unable to find his way home.
Police are seeking information from anyone who may have seen him or his vehicle.
