Help needed to ID man found critically ill, NSW

Police are appealing for public assistance to identify a man who is in a critical condition in Liverpool Hospital after being found unconscious this morning, NSW Police say.

The man was found slumped against a fence near the intersection of Miller Road and Fuller Street, Chester Hill, shortly after 2am (Monday 3 December 2018).

He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Liverpool Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command have been unable to identify the man and are appealing for public so they can alert his family.

The man is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern in appearance, aged in his mid-20s, with a thin to medium build and dark hair.

At the time he was wearing grey-coloured shorts and a black t-shirt and in possession of a Louis Vuitton-branded satchel.

He has a tattoo of a helicopter on the left upper chest, a Sydney Opera House on his upper middle chest and tattoos of three men wearing balaclavas on his stomach.

Police will be conducting a canvass of the area this morning.
