As we head into the summer holidays, the Macleay Valley Coast is expecting more visitors to our beaches.
With coastal incidents increasing across NSW recently, Surf Life Saving NSW and Council are asking the community and local businesses to help share important beach and ocean safety messages with both locals and visitors.
Businesses, accommodation providers and tourism operators can help by displaying Surf Life Saving NSW's Beach & Ocean Safety Poster in a visible location, such as reception areas, check-in desks, shop entrances or front windows.
The poster includes a QR code linking to the Beach Safety Hub, where people can access practical safety tips, fact sheets, videos and interactive resources in multiple languages.
By printing and displaying the poster, you'll play a vital role in creating a safer summer for our community and visitors.
