Help sought to find missing man at Campbelltown

Officers from Campbelltown City Police Area Command are seeking help from the public in trying to locate an elderly man missing from the Macquarie Fields area.

Rodrigo Molina, aged 79, was last seen by relatives at his home in Macquarie Fields on Wednesday 12 August 2020.

Relatives were able to confirm that Mr Molina made his way to visit a friend at Point Clare on the Central Coast, where he stayed overnight.

When he did not return home, relatives contacted police, who commenced an investigation.

His last recorded location was at Central Railway Station about 4.40pm on Thursday 13 August 2020.

Police have serious concerns for his welfare due to his age and health conditions.

Relatives have described Mr Molina's disappearance as being out of character and unusual for him not to make contact with them.

Mr Molina is described as being of East Asian appearance, about 170-175cm tall, thin build, with short black hair and brown eyes.

Mr Molina was last seen wearing a beige coloured hooded jacket and grey trousers. He was carrying a brown briefcase.
