If your child sometimes struggles with big feelings, Tuning in to Kids can help you support them with confidence.
This popular, evidence‑based parenting program is back at Wellington Hub, Mulgrave from February.
Running over 6 sessions, it gives parents and carers simple, practical tools to build calmer, more connected families.
Why join?
You'll learn how to:
- understand what's really going on behind your child's emotions
- respond in ways that help them feel secure and heard
- reduce conflict and strengthen communication
- teach problem‑solving skills that set them up for life.
Parents often tell us how much they enjoy meeting other families and building on their skills and successes together.
