Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Henricus Huybers.
The 83-year-old, also known as Hank, was last seen at a care facility on Grey Street in St Kilda at 4pm yesterday.
Police hold concerns for the welfare of Hank as he has a medical condition and becomes disorientated without medication.
Hank is known to catch public transport and has connections to the Belgrave, Croydon and Monbulk areas.
He was last seen wearing a blue jumper and black pants.
Investigators have released an image of Hank in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Hank is urged to contact St Kilda Police Station on 9536 2666.
