High end vehicle stolen during break and enter in Gladesville

An investigation is underway after a high end car was allegedly stolen during a break and enter in Sydney’s north-west, NSW Police say.

Just before 11am on Friday 21 July 2017, a man contacted police after several items, including the keys to a Mercedes Benz C63 station wagon, were missing from inside a home on Batemans Road, Gladesville.

It will be alleged the items were taken between 11pm on Thursday 20 July and 7am on Friday 21 July 2017.

Officers attached to Ryde Local Area Command commenced an investigation.

Just after 2am on Sunday 23 July 2017, officers attached to Eastern Beaches Local Area Command were patrolling Anzac Parade, Chifley, when they attempted to pull over a Mercedes Benz.

When the driver failed to stop, a pursuit was initiated, which was terminated a short time later.

Police are appealing to anyone who may have seen a white Mercedes Benz C63 station wagon with registration NJW 292 or who has any information to contact police from Ryde Local Command via Crime Stoppers.
