Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a motorbike rider involved in a serious traffic crash in Morayfield yesterday, 1 July.
Initial investigations indicate around 12.18pm, a black Suzuki GSX-R-750 motorbike collided with a silver Toyota Corolla at the intersection of Lomandra Drive and Graham Road.
The rider of the motorbike then fled the scene on foot prior to police arrival.
Concerns are held for the wellbeing of the rider due to the severity of the crash.
Police are appealing to the rider, or anyone with relevant dashcam vision of the motorbike prior to the crash, to come forward.
The female driver and sole occupant of the Toyota, a woman in her 40s, was assessed at the scene for minor injuries.
Investigations remain ongoing.
