Police are investigating the suspicious death of a man on Palm Island this morning.
Around 9.25am, a man was located with a serious head injury at a Creek Road address.
Emergency services were called however the man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A crime scene has been declared, and criminal investigation detectives and forensic examiners have been flown to the island.
The investigation is ongoing.
