A crime scene has been declared and police have closed Cliveden Avenue at Oxley after a man was fatally shot in the front yard of a house at 3.25am this morning.
The crime scene has closed the drop off zone for Corinda State School in Cliveden Avenue.
Parents are asked to allow extra time to get their children to school safely, as the crime scene is expected to remain in place past 9am.
