It is with deep sadness that the Victorian Chamber of Commerce pays tribute to esteemed former politician, the Hon. Simon Crean. A highly respected figure in Australian politics, Mr Crean made significant contributions to the nation, leaving an indelible mark on the economic landscape of Victoria and the entire country.
As the Victorian Chamber of Commerce, we had the privilege of working closely with Mr Crean on many occasions, witnessing firsthand his passion for fostering innovation, driving global trade opportunities, and encouraging entrepreneurship.
He was instrumental in developing strategic partnerships and opening doors to new trade opportunities, enhancing Victoria's reputation as an international business hub.
The Victorian Chamber of Commerce extends its deepest condolences to Simon Crean's family and friends during this difficult time. His passing is a significant loss for the nation, and his contributions will be remembered for years to come.
