Police are investigating a house fire at Blair Athol this morning to determine if it is suspicious.
About 2.45am Sunday 18 November police and MFS were called to Florence Avenue after neighbours were awoken by the noise of a fire.
MFS battled the blaze and brought it quickly under control, however extensive damage was caused to the premises. Thankfully there was no one at home at the time of the fire and there were no reported injuries.
The cause of the fire is currently undetermined, Fire Cause Investigators will be attending the scene later today to assist patrols with the investigation.
