Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 29-year-old man Igor Rase.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the Craigieburn man for assault-related matters.
Rase is known to frequent the Reservoir, Preston, Epping and Thomastown areas.
He is about 186cm tall with a fair complexion, hazel eyes and black hair.
Investigators have released an image of Rase in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
