Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Ilias Hassan.
The 25-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court in relation to assault and failing to comply with a court order.
He is described as 175cm tall, with a thin build and black hair.
Hassan is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD and northern suburbs.
Investigators have released an image of Hassan in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
