The ILO hired a national consultant to provide technical assistance to CMTU in implementing digital solutions. The consultant assessed the current system and identified appropriate solutions for further development and ensured proper implementation to align with the desired outputs.
On 9 April 2025, the national consultant presented survey findings and recommendations to the CMTU management team. These findings were further discussed during an all-staff meeting on 2 July 2025. After the discussion, the status of UI/UX design and the membership system were renewed with the assistance of the ILO national IT consultant. The Terms of Reference for developing the membership application are under review for further discussion.
