Police are expected to charge a driver after allegedly blowing three times the legal limit in Moorabbin last night.
Officers responded to reports of a white Suzuki Swift stationary on train tracks, while the boom gates were down, near Wickham Road about 8pm.
Once notified of the incident, emergency services gave the direction for all relevant trains to come to a complete stop and, consequently, there were no collisions.
It is alleged that passersby had to assist the driver from the Suzuki.
Police arrived and it's alleged that the male driver produced an evidentiary breath test for alcohol of 0.187.
A 29-year-old Clayton man is expected to be charged on summons with careless driving, fail to have proper control of a motor vehicle and drink driving offences.
