Detectives from Devonport CIB are investigating an incident that occurred in the area of Chichester Drive, Devonport around 9.50am this morning, Tasmania Police say.
An altercation occurred between several men, resulting in a 19 year old man receiving minor facial injuries.
Detectives would like to speak to anyone who saw two men on bicycles riding in the area of Chichester Drive, Morris Avenue or Valley Road, Devonport around 9.50am.
