Emergency services have responded to reports of a single car crash on Constitution Avenue about 4.30am
When emergency services arrived they found the unoccupied vehicle to be well alight.
Inquiries are being made to locate the driver and any occupants as police are concerned for their welfare.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stopers.
