Inquiries into fail to stop collision at Blacktown

An investigation is underway after a multi vehicle collision in western Sydney overnight.

About 10pm yesterday (27 May 2021), emergency services responded to reports of a motor vehicle collision in Stephen Street, Blacktown.

Officers from Blacktown Police Area Command attended and commenced an investigation.

Police have been informed that a blue Ford Escape collided with a silver Holden Barina driven by a 46-year-old woman. The Ford has then collided with a nearby unattended white Kia Rio. Following the collision, the driver of the Ford allegedly ran from the scene.

The driver of the Barina suffered minor injuries.
