Police are appealing for public assistance after two men were stabbed during an altercation in Sydney’s west this morning, NSW Police say.
About 8am today (Thursday 4 January 2018), emergency services were called to a property in Tillford Grove, Rooty Hill, following reports two men had been stabbed.
On arrival, police from Mt Druitt Local Area Command found one man with wounds to his leg and another with a wound in his torso.
Officers have been told they were assaulted by a man armed with a firearm and another man armed with a weapon.
They fled the scene and were last seen entering a dark-coloured vehicle in Gardner Street.
Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
