An investigation is underway following the serious assault of a man in Minto today.
About 5.30pm (Wednesday 23 September 2020), three men, all armed with baseball bats, entered the front yard of a property on Plowman Road, Minto, and approached a 40-year-old male occupant.
The three men assaulted the occupant before running from the scene.
The occupant suffered serious injuries and has been taken to Liverpool Hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
A crime scene has been established at the Plowman Road home as detectives from Campbelltown City Police Area Command conduct their inquiries.
It's believed at least one of the three men was known to the occupant.
