Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jade Maybom.
The 37-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to behaving in an indecent and offensive manner.
She is described as 160cm tall, with a solid build, fair hair and has stars tattooed on her neck behind her ear.
Investigators have released an image of Maybom in the hope that someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
She is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD area.
