Police are appealing for public assistance to locate James Polson.
The 29-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to theft and driving offences.
Polson is described as 175cm tall, of thin build, with dark hair and blue eyes. He has a tattoo of a rose on the right side of his neck.
Investigators have released an image of Polson in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Werribee, Melton, Hoppers Crossing and Wyndham Vale areas.
