Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate James Zombolas.
The 36-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear in court on drug related matters and obtaining property by deception.
He is known to frequent the CBD, Southbank and St Kilda areas.
Investigators have released an image of Zombolas in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
