Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jarrod Richardson.
A warrant was issued for the 42-year-old's arrest in relation to drug and driving offences.
Jarrod is described as being of medium build, blue eyes with long light brown hair usually worn in a bun.
He is known to frequent the Ferntree Gully, Rosebud and Castlemaine areas.
Investigators have released an image of Jarrod in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
