Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jodie Toulmin.
The 43-year-old is wanted on warrants for failing to appear on bail.
Toulmin is approximately 170cm tall with a thin build, blue eyes and black hair.
She is known to frequent the Phillip Island, Frankston and Dandenong areas.
Investigators have released an image of Toulmin in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
