Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Katie Richardson.
Warrants have been issued for the 23-year-old's arrest in relation to failing to appear at the County Court for arson, burglary, theft and bail offences.
She is described as 170cm tall with a slim build, brown hair and blue eyes.
Richardson is known to frequent the Sale, Traralgon, St Kilda and Melbourne areas.
Investigators have released an image of Richardson in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
