We will be providing a Green Waste Only Clean Up on Monday 10 October, collected by JR Richards & Sons. This will be accessible to residential premises within the 50km sign posted town areas of:
- Dungog
- Clarence Town
- Gresford
- East Gresford
- Paterson
- Vacy
- Martin's Creek
We will only be collecting bundles up to two cubic metres of acceptable green waste from each property. Acceptable items include:
- Garden prunings and tree limbs no longer than 1.8m 250mm in diameter
- Lawn clippings and loose vegetation packed in sturdy cardboard boxes
- Green waste tied and bundled with rope or string
- Green waste bundles manageable for one person to lift.
We will not be accepting:
- Items in plastic bags
- Loose items
- Large tree trunks and thorny bushes
- Tree stumps larger than 250mm in diameter
- Timber with bolts or brackets
- Sawdust
- Bundles secured with wire
- Any items other than green waste.
All green waste must be placed neatly on your kerb at your normal weekly collection point on over the weekend before Monday 10 October.
