Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kevin Howie, Victoria Police say.
The 34-year-old is wanted for failing to appear at court in relation to assault-related offences.
He is described as about 185cm tall with a solid build, short brown hair and blue eyes.
Howie is known to frequent the Dandenong, Altona North, Frankston and Mornington areas.
Police have released an image of Howie in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Howie is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
