Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Khoi Duy Phan.
Phan, who also goes by a number of aliases including Franky Lee, is 50-years-old and is wanted on warrant for drug related matters.
He is described as Asian, approximately 170cm tall with a medium build, brown eyes and black hair.
He is known to frequent Sunshine and surrounding suburbs.
Investigators have released an image of Phan in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
