Kiama Council's New Online Policy Portal

Kiama Council

Council chambers Oct 2022

Kiama Municipal Council has launched a new online portal that brings all Council policies together in one easy-to-navigate location on our website.

The new PULSE portal is part of Council's commitment to improving transparency and accessibility, and it supports governance recommendations outlined in the Hopwood Report under the NSW Government-issued Performance Improvement Order.

The portal gives Council and the community more oversight on renewal dates and ensures all current policies are publicly available, making it simpler for residents, businesses, and stakeholders to understand the rules and principles that guide our decision-making.

Mayor Cameron McDonald said: "This new portal is a practical step that improves transparency and helps us meet important governance improvements."

We encourage everyone to explore the portal and stay informed about the policies that shape our community.
