From 19 November King's Sport & Wellness will be launching their new bookings and memberships system

King's Sport & Wellness are excited to launch their new leisure management system, in partnership with Gladstone. These changes are part of our ongoing commitment to improve digital services for our customers, making your experience with us even better.
What's changing?
We are making some essential improvements which will make it quicker and easier to manage your bookings and get more from our online services - and we will be working to keep improving what we offer you, with single sign on and a new bookings app due in 2026.
All existing memberships and bookable activities such as a Pay As You Go gym session will continue to be available in the new system. New links for these will be go live on the King's Sport & Wellness webpages at 00:01 on the 19 November 2025.
What do I need to do?
All existing member accounts are being migrated to Gladstone so your profile will already be set up with your existing membership or account details.
Once the new system is live, you will receive an email asking you to complete a self-service password reset, which will activate your account.
If you have not received an email, check your spam folder.
When will this change take effect?
You will be able to make bookings in the current system until the 18 November, with bookings from 19 November being made in the new system.
The change does mean that activities from the 19 November onwards will not be bookable until the new system is live - we apologise for any short-term inconvenience this will cause.
