Labor a rabble as they scramble to cover fees for jobs scandal

Michael Ferguson, Leader of the House

Labor’s performance in Question Time today shows they are rattled over their fees for jobs rule being exposed. As they should be.

David O’Byrne and Scott Bacon couldn’t get themselves kicked out fast enough. They didn’t want to be anywhere near the Opposition Leader because they know Labor has nowhere to hide on this discriminatory practice.

Meanwhile, other members asked questions which completely contradicted their own policy positions. It’s farcical to have Labor members asking about public safety when they’ve opposed scrapping remissions, opposed tougher sentencing for child sex offenders, and sided with organised crime gangs to try and delay important community safety legislation.
