Saturday lotto is proudly played across Australia under the brands Gold Lotto, Lotto, TattsLotto and X Lotto, bringing winning moments to players nationwide.
A Langwarrin woman has thanked the universe for her $1.27 million win in the weekend's TattsLotto draw, admitting the life-enhancing prize has arrived at just the right time.
The Melburnian held one of the five division one winning entries nationally in TattsLotto 4689, drawn Saturday 27 June 2026. Each entry scored $1,276,481.57.
As the winning woman had not registered her ticket to a player card or online account, we had no way of contacting her and had to wait for her to check her ticket and come forward.
"Thank you so much," she laughed when we confirmed the windfall.
"I'm very excited. I was a bit shocked and taken aback. I didn't know how to process it.
"That's great! That's amazing! I was thinking, 'Is this real?'. It's an amazing feeling.
"Thank you, universe. Everything happens for a reason.
"This is the biggest and most exciting thing to happen to me. It will set me up for retirement.
"It's come at the right time. I'd started to worry, so this gives me the security for the future."
While the enormity of the win was still sinking in, the winning woman shared she had already toasted to the good news in a modest but memorable way.
"Yesterday, I treated myself to a bottle of bubbly and had a little cheer," she exclaimed.
"Maybe once we see the money in the account, I'll catch up with other family and friends.
"I'm very happy! Thank you!"
Her winning entry was purchased at Langwarrin Lotto, Shop 27 South Gateway, 230 Cranbourne-Frankston Road, Langwarrin.
