Lánluas Names New Heads for Public, Enterprise Roles

Lánluas Consulting

Lánluas has appointed two senior leaders to drive its continuing growth, promoting long-standing principal consultant Lorraine Sinnott to Head of Enterprise and Commercial and recruiting former ReadyTech consulting executive Susan Furber as Head of Public Sector. The public sector role was previously held by now CEO Craig McLaughlin.

The appointments reflect Lánluas' continued expansion throughout Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland, as organisations facing tight budgets and rising accountability pressures seek independent, specialist expertise to maximise value from their TechnologyOne investments.

Lorraine Sinnott has been with Lánluas for six years and brings deep experience over healthcare, non-profits, community services, and local government. Prior to joining Lánluas, Lorraine held management roles with Porirua City Council and worked with Healthcare NZ and the Salvation Army's operations in New Zealand, Fiji, and Tonga. At Lánluas, Lorraine has led complex enterprise transformation projects for clients within Australia, New Zealand and the UK while providing support and mentoring to consultants.

Susan Furber joins Lánluas with more than 30 years' experience covering the enterprise systems landscape. She has worked with federal, state, and local government agencies and major organisations, including the Shire of Broome, Adelaide City Council, the NSW EPA, the Department of Environment and Heritage, Starlight Children's Foundation Australia, Rio Tinto, and Infor. Most recently at ReadyTech, Susan led and scaled a consulting and professional services team delivering enterprise solutions to government clients.

CEO Craig McLaughlin said the appointments strengthen Lánluas' ability to support clients navigating increasingly complex enterprise environments.

"Having worked with Susan at ReadyTech, I know the depth of expertise and leadership she brings to government clients seeking to maximise the value of their enterprise investments," McLaughlin said. "Lorraine has consistently delivered outstanding outcomes over multiple jurisdictions and sectors. Together, they bring invaluable client-side insight and practical experience that will further strengthen our advisory capability."

The creation of two dedicated practice leadership roles underscores Lánluas' focus on sector-specific expertise and tailored support for organisations seeking independent advice, advanced configuration, and continuous improvement within their TechnologyOne enterprise systems.
