Emergency services are at the scene of a large industrial fire at the corner of Regency Road and South Road, Croydon Park.
The Regency Road off road for northbound on the North South Motorway is closed while emergency services attend the fire.
Motorists are advised to take care in the area as thick black smoke may impact visibility.
Avoid the area if possible.
A Dangerous Area declaration has been declared for the area bound by the North-South Motorway Slip Road, Regency Road, Hudson Avenue and Standard Avenue at Croydon Park.
All members of the public are to remain outside the area bound by the Dangerous Area declaration.
