Shire residents have just days to nominate a local legend from their community for an Australia Day award.
Nominations for the Shire's Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the year and Community Event of the Year awards will close on Monday 18 October.
Community members are invited to nominate inspirational Corangamite Shire residents and groups to say thank you for their contributions in the past year or over a long time.
The awards will be presented as part of the Shire's Australia Day Celebrations in Cobden on Tuesday 26 January 2022.
Details of the celebrations will be confirmed closer to the date, subject to coronavirus social distancing requirements at the time.
