Launching Place burglary and deceptions

Police are investigating following a burglary from a Launching Place home at the beginning of the month, Victoria Police say.

The burglary occurred at the Milners Road home sometime between 29 March and 1 April.

The burglar stole jewellery, a credit card and two bicycles.

The two bicycles are described as a Santa Cruz Highball 29 mountain bike and a Giant Avail womans road bike valued at $15,000.

The burglar then used the stolen credit card to purchase fuel and groceries at a Pearcedale service station on 1 April at 11.30am.

Police have released images of the two bicycles and images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Images of a car the man was driving at the Pearcedale service station have also been released.
