Police and emergency services are on the scene at a fatal collision in Laverton North this afternoon (29 October), Victoria Police say.
It is understood two trucks were travelling south along Little Boundary Road about 3.40pm.
One of the trucks was turning right to go off the road when the second truck swiped the trailer of the turning truck crushing the cabin.
The yet to be identified driver died at the scene.
The driver of the turning truck, a man is his 50’s from Western Australia, stopped and is assisting police with their enquiries.
The exact cause of the collision is still yet to be determined and anyone with dash-cam footage of the incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
