A learner driver has been charged with driving unaccompanied and special range drink-driving in Woolooware over the weekend, NSW Police say.
About 12.05am yesterday, officers from Miranda Local Area Command stopped a white Toyota Corolla displaying P-plates on Gannons Road, for a random breath test.
The driver, an 18-year-old, was subject to a random breath test and allegedly returned a positive reading.
