Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Leslie.
The 59-year-old was last seen at the Bellarine Bayside Caravan Park on Boat Road, Portarlington about 7am today.
Police and family hold concerns for Leslie as he has an intellectual disability and a medical condition which requires medication.
Leslie is described as having a solid build, grey hair and a moustache.
It's believed he is wearing a baseball cap and black trousers with red stripes.
Police have released an image of Leslie in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Leslie is asked to contact the Portarlington Police Station on 5259 2606.
