This upgrade will help our systems run more efficiently and strengthen our authentication processes, ensuring we continue to provide secure and up-to-date services to our community.

What to expect during the system upgrade

You won't be able to:

  • access the library catalogue or app
  • reserve or renew items
  • access online resources, including newspapers and LinkedIn Learning
  • make payments in person or online
  • access public PCs, or photocopying, printing or scanning services.

You'll still be able to:

  • visit the library
  • return items
  • borrow items in person
  • access WiFi
  • join the library in person
  • access eBooks and eAudiobooks you've already downloaded
  • use existing study room bookings.

Access to services is expected to return to normal after 3 pm. Thank you for your patience while we carry out this important system upgrade.
