Local Planning Panel decision - place of public worship at Carlton

Georges River Council

The independent Georges River Local Planning Panel has determined to refuse the development application for change of use from Nursing Home to a Place of Public Worship, community facilities and associated works at 88 – 92 Botany Street Carlton, at its meeting on 16 December 2021.

The applicant has notified Council that it has exercised its appeal rights to have the application determined by the Land and Environment Court of NSW. Accordingly, no further statements will be issued on this matter.
