Police are trying to identify the rightful owner of a significant sum of money which was found on Eaton's Crossing Road earlier today.
At around 9.50am a member of the public stopped and observed a number of other persons picking up what appeared to be cash off the road and contacted police.
Anyone with information or was in the area with dashcam footage which could assist police in identifying the owner is urged to contact police.
Please Note: police will not be disclosing further information about the items, including the dollar value of the money located for operational reasons (for example, the owner would need to be able to provide the dollar figure).
