The cultural day highlights Aboriginal and Torres Straits Islander artists whose paintings and sculptures are in the gallery's current Our stories and designs exhibition.

This exhibition is on display until Saturday, November 30.

It features works by seven local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists.

Renowned Logan Indigenous artist Chris Tamwoy will also perform during the cultural day.

In 2016, Chris reached the Australia's Got Talent grand final.

Last year, he was a judge on the weekly TV show All Together Now with singer Ronan Keating and a cast of 100 judges.
