Orange Sky's mission is simple but powerful, to positively connect communities. By offering free access to laundry, shower services, and a friendly chat, their volunteers create a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for anyone experiencing loneliness, hardship, or disconnection.
Beyond hygiene, it's the human connection that matters most. Their bright orange vans and the volunteers who power them, provide a moment of consistency and compassion in the lives of people who may not always experience it elsewhere.
This latest contribution is a continuation of our commitment to Orange Sky, including our support of their beloved Betsy van in the Northern Territory, which delivers hope and connection across remote communities.
This March, Orange Sky Australia are encouraging Aussies to 'Walk the Walk' and join them as they move 122km in March for the 122,000 Australians experiencing homelessness.
Co‑Founder of Orange Sky, Nic Marchesi, expressed his gratitude for The Lott's continued support.
