Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Lueth Bol.
The 21-year-old is wanted on a warrant for theft and traffic matters.
Bol is known to frequent the Tarneit, Hoppers Crossing and Werribee areas.
Investigators have released an image of Bol in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as being 190cm tall with a slim build.
